Elois Dennies Fuselier, age 85, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2014. Mrs. Fuselier was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Metairie, LA for 58 years. Wife of the late Oscar Donald Fuselier, Sr. Daughter of the late Louise and John Henry Dennies. Mother of Karen F. Impastato (Nick), Denise F. Doll (Jim), Bruce Fuselier (Jody), Chris Fuselier (Denise), Gale Fuselier (Judy), James Bradley Fuselier (Peggy) and the late Oscar Donald Fuselier, Jr. Beloved friend of Audrey Martinez. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Mrs. Fuselier enjoyed reading, going out to eat, going to the casinos with her family and friends, watching old movies and spending time with her family. She was greatly loved and will be deeply missed. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Thursday, May 8, 2014 beginning at 9:00 AM followed by a Memorial Mass in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel at 11:00 AM. Inurnment will be in St. Louis Cemetery No. 3. In lieu of flowers, Masses may be offered or memorial contributions may be sent to the Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos Center or to the charity of your choice.
