Etta Schexnaydre Martin

Etta Schexnaydre Martin passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at the age of 87. Mrs. Martin was a native of Gramercy, LA and a resident of Kenner, LA for 34 years where she was a parishioner of Nativity of Our Lord. Beloved wife of the late Warren H. Martin, Sr. for 42 years. Mother of Warren H. Martin, Jr. (wife, Sharon D. Martin). Grandmother of Warren Anthony Martin (Kathi R. Martin) and Michael John Martin (fiancée Laura N. Ruggiero). Great grandmother of Brooke Ann Martin and Reese Nancy Martin. Godmother of Ronnie J. Bernard.

Daughter of the late Anicet J. Schexnaydre and Inez M. Schexnaydre. Sister of the late Florette S. Trabeaux. Sister-in-law of Eugenia M. Cook. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie . Visitation will begin at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
