Florence Schorr Hebert, age 95, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018. She was a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA. Beloved wife of the late Russell T. Hebert. Daughter of the late William Schorr and Cecelia Muth Schorr. Sister of Willamina Delbert (husband, John) and the late William Schorr, Jr. Aunt of Janne Delbert, Lesley Maddry and Barbara Morgan. Florence, known as “Bonnie” retired from Southern Bell Telephone Company after many years of employment. She enjoyed traveling the United States with her husband Russell. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial gathering at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., in Metairie, LA on Wednesday morning, April 25, 2018 beginning at 9:30 AM with a Memorial Mass to follow at 11:30 AM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel. Interment will private at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Slidell, LA.
