He is survived by his former wife Bessie Sargona Larre' and their two children, Joseph Larre', his wife Shawn, Monique Larre' Kolder, and her husband Brad, and his four grandchildren, Bryce, Roman, Hayden, and Sophia. He is also survived by his former wife, Patricia Percy.
Frank was a graduate of Francis T. Nicholls High School. He received his Associates Degree from Delgado and his Law Degree from Loyola Night School. He was admitted to practice law in 1975 and was licensed in Louisiana State Court, Federal Court, and the United States Supreme Court. He also enjoyed Mardi Gras and was a longtime member of the Krewe of Argus, reigning as King Argus XXIII.
