Mr. Henry Cleveland Michael Jr.

Henry Cleveland Michael, Jr. was born on June 18, 1931 in New Orleans, LA, and was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA. On Monday, October 10, 2011 in Baton Rouge, LA, he was called to his heavenly home to meet his late wife Augusta Michael and son Henry Michael III. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leander Otis Michael and Henry Cleveland Michael, Sr.; his brother, Charlie Michael and his sister, Marguerite Wicks. Henry leaves behind his loving 3 children: William Michael, Regina Rivera and Cherrice Hurst and 4 grandchildren: Dwight and Khristina Rivera, Gabrielle and Taylor Hurst 2 son-in-laws: Dwight Rivera, Sr. and Bernard Hurst 2 sisters: Clarabelle West and Evelyn Bringer and a host of other relatives and friends also survived him. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Friday, October 14, 2011 beginning at 9:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 AM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
