Jesse Brian Edwards Jr.

Jesse Brian Edwards, Jr. lost his 2- year battle with cancer on Thursday morning, January 13, 2011 at the age of 72. He retired from Doussan, Inc. after 24 years of service. Beloved husband of Shirley Graves Edwards for 23 years. Father of Tamara Keely (husband, Dan) and Ellen Nudo (husband, John). Stepfather of James Wilson (wife Caryn) and Julie Barrett. Grandfather of Daniel Keely, Sophia Nudo, Giovanni Nudo and Isabella Nudo; step grandfather of Jeremy Wilson and Garth Barrett. Brother of David Van Edwards (wife, Carolyn). He is also survived by a host of loving relatives.

The funeral service will be celebrated on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
