Joan N. Bordelon

Joan N. Bordelon, age 83, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2015. Beloved wife of Youel Bordelon and the late Glen L. Decha. Loving mother of Gary S. Decha (Margarita), Danny G. Decha (Janet) and the late Denise Decha. Stepmother of Paula Maples, Dwyane Pete Bordelon, Gary Bordelon, Daryl Bordelon (Pauline) and the late Shannon Neitzchman. Proud grandmother of Steven J. Decha, Christine M. Morales, Danielle F. Decha, Ashley Broussard, Alex Bordelon. Great grandmother of Autumn, Natalie and Nichole and numerous. Also survived by numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Peter and Catherine Grossimon Navo. Sister of the late Catherine Celestin. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Divine Providence, 1000 N. Starrett Rd. in Metairie on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 12:30 pm.
