Brother of Brian J. Lewis, Vyonne Lewis Clavo, Kyle F. Lewis and the late Derrick W. Lewis.
Son of the late Vyonne Thompson and John B. Lewis Sr.
Former husband of Patricia Brown.
Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Mr. Lewis was a United States Army Viet-Nam War Veteran and will always be loved and remembered by all who knew him.
Aged 61 years, a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans, Louisiana.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service from Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, Louisiana on Friday evening May 16, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.
Friends may visit from 6:00 p.m. until time of services and extended visitation until 9:00 p.m.
Interment will be private.
