Joy Anne Masanz

Joyanne Behan Masanz was born on January 19, 1962. She was a resident of Orleans Parish for a brief time after birth then moved to Kenner, LA where she lived the remainder of her life. Joy graduated from Alfred Bonnabel Highschool, among many lifelong friends. Shortly after high school, Joy began her journey in the insurance industry. Starting at J. Everett Eaves in the mail room to her final job at TWFG Insurance Services as a Licensed Insurance Producer. Joy was loved by all of her clients, especially the ones that became family. Joy passed away on October 16, 2021 surrounded by her loved ones. Joy is proceeded in death by her beloved mother, Reginamae Cecelia Behan, father, John William Behan Sr., and Brother, John William Behan Jr. She is survived by her two children, Frank James Masanz Jr. (Kristin) and Krystle Cecelia Masanz (Randy), one grandchild, Reagan Lavena Masanz, her beloved Gerald David Sachitano Sr. and her nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Gerald Sachitano Sr., Frank Masanz Sr., Frank Masanz Jr., Jason Hampton Sr., Randy Frickey and James Daw III. A visitation for Joy will be held Friday, October 22, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Metairie, Louisiana, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.
