June Claire Lorio Stein “Maw-Maw June”, age 82, devout Catholic, homemaker, born and raised in Carrollton, lived in River Ridge, Jefferson Parish, for over forty years. Daughter of the late Denis Lorio and Claire Arbour. Sister of the late Aubrey. Wife of Leo John Stein, for 62 years, best friend of her brother, Aubrey. Beloved mother of Nancy Stein Postell, wife of Bill, Denis Leo Stein, husband of Pam and Steven Paul Stein, husband of Theresa. Grandmother of Kelli Stein Lee, Kristi Stein Borne, Ashley Stein Piazza, Tyler Stein, Cameron Stein, William Postell, III and Aimee Postell Drake. Great grandmother of Anthony and Payton Lee, Baby Borne and William, Robert and Sophie Postell. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp, 1600 N. Causeway Blvd. on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 12:00 noon.
