Lisa Lynn Mclean

Lisa Lynn McLean, age 49, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2011, at Tulane Hospital surrounded by her family after a long and courageous battle with Wegener's Granulomatosis disease. She was a tireless, dedicated office employee bound for greater heights before becoming disabled from various health complications, including a kidney transplant eight years ago.

She was the youngest daughter of Allan and Anna McLean. She will be sorely missed by her life-long parter, Gerry Seidel; sister, Valerie Benedict; brothers Bret and Mark McLean; nephews, Scott, Devin, and Cameron; recent arrival neice, Zoe Benedict; and two cats, Pooh and Nola.

Family and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at Tharp-Sontheimer funeral home in Metairie at 1600 N. Causeway Blvd., on Saturday, August 6, 2011. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. followed by a memorial at 12:00 noon.
