Melvin Clinton Foster, Jr., age 68 years, passed away on June 27, 2012. Son of the late Melvin Clinton Foster, Sr. and Norma Yates Schultz. Survived by cousins Ann Messer and Carol Rotherham and Lionel Rotherham. Also survived by close friends.
