Michael Gerard Landry entered eternal rest on Wednesday March 23, 2011. He was 47 years old. Devoted husband of Dorothy Lyness Landry and beloved father of Michael Gerard Landry, Jr. He is preceeded in death by his mother Mozelle Turner Landry. He is survived by his father, Dr. Donald J. Landry and his siblings: Donald J. Landry, II, Tori Ann Landry, Geri Lynn Landry, Jamie Landry Payne, Julia Renee Landry and Robert Scott Landry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a lifelong resident of Metairie, La. and a Graduate of Archbishop Rummel High School. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis of Assisi Church 636 State Street New Orleans at 11:30 AM on Friday April 1, 2011. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Burial Private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for the Michael Landry, Jr. Family Trust Fund at any Chase Bank location.
