Nair Xavier Fong

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dionisio Xavier de Oliveira and Alberta Carolina da Silva, brothers, Jose, Arlindo, Euripeder, and Nelson Xavier de Oliveira, and sisters, Maria de Lourdes Oliveira and Otilia Xavier Ermelindo.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Joseph Ah Fong, their sons, Steve Lee Fong and Michael Lee Fong, and grandchildren, Julia Eden Fong and Andrew Harrison Fong.

Nair grew up in Brazil, where she met her husband in 1967. Together they immigrated to the United States and she worked at Canton Chinese Restaurant for 40 years. She enjoyed watching game shows, tennis, basketball, and cooking. She was a loving wife and mother who was always caring for others. She will be missed by all who were blessed to know her.
