He is preceded in death by his parents, Wadine and James Gautreaux, his wife, Karol Gautreaux, and his siblings, David Gautreaux (Peggy) and Dwain Gautreaux.
He is survived by his siblings, Karen Buchheit (Al), Christine Fenger (Herman), and Lori Boudreaux (Mark), his daughter, Hannah Gautreaux, and his nieces and nephews, Angela Gautreaux, Meagan Boudreaux, Kristen Fenger, James Gautreaux, Cory Fenger, and Donnie Boudreaux.
Neal loved playing with his dog, Pickles and spending time with family. He was always making people laugh and will be remembered for his contagious smile and huge heart.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd. Metairie, LA. Visitation will be held from 11AM – 2PM with a blessing to begin at 2PM.
