Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle, Nick M. Kountouroudas, passed away peacefully on 30/12/25. He was deeply loved by many, with a great sense of humor and a gift for making life lighter for everyone around him.
He was a natural storyteller who could captivate a room, often with a twinkle in his eye and a punchline waiting just around the corner. He found joy in making others smile and believed laughter was one of life’s greatest pleasures. His good sense of humor was thankfully passed down to his four daughters.
Family meant everything to him. He was a devoted husband, a proud and loving father and grandfather, and an amazing uncle who will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and fun-loving spirit. His presence made family gatherings brighter and his absence will be deeply felt.
One of his favorite pastimes was catching calamari and octopus — moments that brought him peace, happiness, and stories he loved to share. These simple joys reflected the kind of man he was - content, grounded, and grateful.
He held a deep love for his Greek heritage and expressed a heartfelt wish to be laid to rest with his ancestors in his home country, a wish that will be honored.
He will be remembered with love, laughter, and gratitude by all who knew him — a man whose stories, humor, generous heart, and great strength will live on.
