Olga Ocon Lamm

Olga Ocon Lamm passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Herman J. Lamm for 58 years. Loving mother of Jeannette Lamm Soldani and mother-in-law of Ronnie Soldani. Grandmother of Jacquelyn Monteilh and her pet family, Ozzy and Jack. Olga immigrated from Nicaragua in 1946 and became a proud American in 1976. She was an employee of Schweggmann’s and Rouse’s well into her senior years. She was friendly with everyone she met and inspired lifelong friendships with many. Independent to the end, she had a full and happy life. She will be greatly missed.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 10:00 am at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening, September 3, 2013 from 6-9 pm and on Wednesday morning, September 4, 2013 from 9-10 am. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
