Richard “Dickie” Robert Rotharmel, Jr., age 66, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016. Mr. Rotharmel was a native of New Orleans, LA and was a resident of Metairie, LA. Father of Tracy Rotharmel Shanks (Daniel) and Richard R. Rotharmel, III. Son of Carolyn Rotharmel and the late Richard R. Rotharmel, Sr. Brother of Kenneth A. Rotharmel (Margaret), Carolyn R. Mackey (Robert) and Lynn Dee Rotharmel (Gary).
