Robert L. Chase

Robert L. Chase passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at the age of 76. Mr. Chase was a native of New Orleans and a lifelong resident of Metairie. He served in the U.S. Army and was a computer specialist for the state of Louisiana.

Beloved husband of Earline Decuir Chase for 52 years. Father of Crystal Chase (Philip) and Rachel Ulmer (James). Grandfather of Veronica Heller (Nick), Vanessa Ulmer (Andy), Robbie Ulmer and the late Dustin Gilbert. Great grandfather of Jack Ulmer, Danny Heller and Derek Heller. Son of the late Agatha Ducote and Lamartine Chase. Brother of the late Lillie May Hinyub. He will also be sadly missed by nieces, nephews and many friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 11:00 am at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
