Robert Charles Santangelo, beloved husband to Linda Hull Santangelo and father to Ryan W Santangelo, lost his battle to Parkinson's disease early morning Saturday, July 2nd. As a young man, he illuminated our lives both literally and figuratively. As a friend, neighbor, husband and father; he continually energized our hearts and minds with such an unrelenting spirit. He was truly an inspiration and gift to all those who knew and loved him. An unwavering wit and effortless charm along with his genuine smile and laugh were a hallmark that will leave an indelible imprint. In lieu of flowers, please honor his legacy by donating to a Parkinson's foundation of your choice...and think of him every year around this time as the fireworks illuminate the night sky. Services to be held at Leitz-Eagan in Metairie from 11am-1pm on Thursday, July 7th.
