Ronald “Bee” Stephen Harrison, age 80, passed away at his home on Friday, December 8, 2017. He was the beloved husband of the late Dianne “Mimi” Z. Harrison of New Orleans; father of Lisa M. Harrison-Bernard, Jason P. Harrison, and Suzanne H. Sellers; grandfather of Stephen and Madeline Bernard, Justin Simon and Matthew Sellers; brother of Edward M. Harrison, Jr., and the late Calvin Harrison, Joseph Harrison, and Barbara Hyde; father-in-law of Mark Bernard and future grandfather-in-law of Ashley DeLatte. He was a longtime resident of Metairie, parishioner of St. Benilde Catholic Church, and a recipient of the St. Louis Medallion. He prepared federal tax returns for the AARP as a volunteer for 20 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie, LA on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Visitation from 12:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
