Sheila Jeanne Nero passed away on Friday July 25, 2014. Beloved wife and best friend to George Rooks after 14 years of marriage. Daughter of George John Nero, the late Carolyn Danton Nero, and step-daughter of Odelia Wolff. Loving mother to Jacquelyn A. Grisaffe and Tyler J. Nunez. Devoted grandmother to Tyson A. Comardelle. Sheila is the youngest sister of Terri Lytle, Deborah Fulk and April Indovina. She is survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Sheila was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all and will always be remembered.
Aged 44 years, a native of Metairie, Louisiana and a resident of St. Rose, Louisiana for over 25 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Jazz Memorial visitation from Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie on Saturday August 2, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Interment will be private.
