Shirley Mullen Nicoll passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at the age of 92. Her life began on January 14, 1931. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Mullen and Viola Dunham Mullen. Loving wife of the late John G. Nicoll. Mother-in-law to the late Ruth W. Nicoll and aunt to the late Mark Mullen. Shirley is survived by 3 sons, John C. Nicoll, Wayne S. Nicoll (Elaine) and Roy G. Nicoll (Heidi); 4 grandsons John J. Nicoll, Lance W. Nicoll (Rosalyn), Sterling L. Nicoll (Jenny) and Jason S. Nicoll; 6 great granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews. Shirley was the co-owner of Uptown Delivery Pharmacy and was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Friday morning, February 24, 2023 beginning at 9:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 AM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel. Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery No. 1.
