Susan was born on October 31, 1952, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Susan graduated from Grace King High School and earned a Bachelor's in Education from Nicholls State University.
Susan taught Kindergarten at First Assembly of God and other locations, ending her career at Norbert Rillieux Elementary School. After retirement, she volunteered at Schneckenburger Elementary School.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Lee Enyart Sr. and Mary Alice Wright Enyart, and by her brother, Jack Lee Enyart Jr (Lee). Also by her aunt and uncle, James Donald Cunningham and Betty Jo Wright Cunningham, and her cousin Cathy Cunningham.
Susan is survived by her brother, Christopher C. Enyart (Amy), her sister-in-law, Angela Enyart, and her nephews, Stephen and Mark Enyart.
Susan's Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA, 70006. Visitation will be held from 4 pm to 7 pm, with a Memorial Service starting at 7 pm in the Leitz-Eagan Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to one of her favorite causes, Heifer International (https://www.heifer.org) would be appreciated.
