Alden Wayne Barnett, 75, passed into the presence of the Lord with family at his side on November 4, 2022. Alden was born on November 21,1946 in Louisville, Kentucky. He is survived by his loving wife and soulmate of 48 years, Cyndy; his daughter Maridyth Nardone (husband Chuck); his sons Adam Barnett and Kevin Barnett; his step-grandson Brad Nardone; his sisters Nedla O’Rear (husband Lindsay), Martha Jo Mull (husband Greg), and Becky O’Connor (husband Bill); brother-in-law Roger Cooper; sister-in-law Jane Martin (husband Danny); sister-in-law Susan Lee (husband George); and numerous nieces and nephews.
The viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn South, 11655 SW 117 Ave, Miami, FL 33186. The burial service will take place on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 1:00pm at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 FL-7, Lake Worth, FL 33449. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in his memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
