

Llopis, Carlos R., 60, of Miami Springs passed away March 17, 2012. Carlos served the Hialeah Police Department for 25 years and most recently served as Investigator of the Office of the Attorney General Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. He was an amazingly talented musician who wrote his own music, played several instruments and was part of several local bands including his own “Full Circle”. Carlos loved to entertain and was a forever Beatles fan. His sense of humor will always be cherished by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years , Anabel; 5 children Brian, Jason, Eric, Zachary and Julianna, 5 grandchildren Emily, Tristan, Gabriela, Emma and Isabella; and mother, Mixora Bustamante. Although he was an only child, he had many, many cousins and friends who will miss him greatly.

A mass in his memory will be celebrated today, Tuesday, March 20, at 9:00a.m. at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Miami Springs with interment to follow at Woodlawn Park Cemetery South in Miami.
