My deepest condolences to Eloy, Yvonne, Yvette, and all the grandchildren. I will always remember Elenita’s joyful voice and her caring, thoughtful nature. She never forgot to call me on my birthday — a small gesture that meant so much. Rest in peace, my dear cousin and Godmother. I know she is in heaven, embraced by the love of God, whose presence she believed in so deeply.

Elenita, was my first cousin by blood, but she was my friend by choice. And precisely as Eloy expressed at her memorial service, "A great human being ". Our family is incomplete without her. I will miss her forever.  May she rest in peace eternally. 💔

Todos juntos disfrutamos mucho durante nuestra visita a Key Largo. Siempre tendremos este lindo recuerdo, especialmente todo los cuentos de nuestras vidas en Cuba, N.J., P.R. y Miami.

Elenita and Eloy made our visit to P.R. extra special by taking time out of their busy schedule to watch Joey's soccer game.  We have lasting memories of their generous hospitality.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Tía Elena’s passing. Though we reconnected later in life, the time we shared left a lasting imprint on my heart. I will always treasure her warm presence, her gentle wisdom, and the many stories she shared with me.
