Ena Brown

It is with Deep sadness, we share Ena Brown's passing on August 16, 2023, in Miami, Florida. She has transitioned onto Spiritual heights; she is now our angel in Heaven.

Ena was born on December 20, 1934, in Trelawny, Jamaica, West Indies.

She later moved to the United States and lived in Brooklyn, New York, where she found her joy in gifting confidence and making people feel beautiful as a skilled Beautician/Cosmetologist, who managed her own successful Beauty Salon Business.

After many years in New York and cold wintery seasons, she chose to relocate to Miami, Florida, for a warmer and more sunny delight. She wished to be closer to her sisters, who were only a few minutes' walk away.

Ena was a loving, loyal sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, great aunt, sister-in-law, and a gentle, kind hearted, soft-spoken, warm, and honorably devoted friend who touched everyone.

She was also a devoted church member who volunteered at Baptist Hospital in Miami, FL.

With a long-standing membership at LA Fitness, Ena's dedication to physical health and wellbeing included her love of walking and the outdoors. Her life was a tapestry of kindness and dedication to others. She touched many lives with her compassionate nature. Ena's beautiful smile, her caring ways, her courage, and her generosity will always be remembered.

Ena’s final resting place will be in the Family Plot in Trelawny, Jamaica, West Indies.

A visitation for Ena will be held Friday, August 25, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn South, 11655 SW 117 Ave, Miami, Florida 33186. A visitation will occur Saturday, August 26, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn South.
