Prophet Glenda Underwood Jackson entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior on December 13, 2025, after a life richly lived in devotion to Jesus Christ. She was a beloved prophetess, author, evangelist, and faithful servant whose ministry impacted countless lives across generations.
Called by God at an early age, Prophet Glenda carried a powerful prophetic anointing that marked her ministry for more than five decades. In 1974, she formally entered full-time ministry, traveling throughout the United States and internationally, ministering in churches, conferences, and outreach events. She was especially known for her compassionate ministry among Native American communities, as well as her bold faith for healing, signs, and wonders.
Prophet Glenda was also an accomplished author, best known for her book Walking in Prophecy, Signs & Wonders, in which she shared her testimony, biblical teaching, and the importance of living a Spirit-led life. Her writings and teachings encouraged believers to pursue intimacy with God and to walk faithfully in their God-given calling.
Her life was influenced by a rich family legacy of faith, including her connection to pioneering healing evangelist Maria Woodworth-Etter, whose ministry of revival and miracles helped shape early Pentecostal history. Prophet Glenda humbly embraced this spiritual heritage, always pointing others to Jesus rather than herself.
She also appeared on Christian television and media platforms, including It’s Supernatural! with Sid Roth, where she shared insights into the prophetic and God’s supernatural work in the Church today.
Above all, Prophet Glenda will be remembered for her deep love for God, her humility, her joyful spirit, and her unwavering obedience to the Holy Spirit. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, prophetic clarity, and spiritual fruit that will continue to bless generations to come.
