We will always be thankful to Jeffrey for his kindness, humor and quick responses to our needs of car service.  He will be truly missed but we have many fond memories in knowing him.  May he now rest in peace with our Lord and God.

Marieline and I are so sorry to learn of Jeffrey's passing. From his days at Brisin agencies where we hung out on the weekends with him and the team there, to our boat rides on the Hazel Ann, to our day trip to the Saints under deceased Captain Lionel's piloting and later in life during our team work in the Dominica Festivals Commission, he was a man who would play hard as much as he worked hard!..A people's person, kind and generous man, cheerful personality, very confident and fun-loving. Rest in Peace Old Chappie!

What can we say. Another good one has claimed his boarding pass,  and left the depart lounge.  You will be dearly missed. You have definitely left your mark on a lot of people. Safe travels my friend.

Jeffrey even though we know that you were going to leave us to go to the other side, it still hurts to see you go. You have been the best friend/family for us as always when we were in Miami. You let us in to your family, always let us feel at home far away from home. We had great times together whenever we were in Miami going for dim sum or sushi with the family. You were always with us wherever we needed to goo.  When we were leaving to go back home in Suriname , you always bring us to the airport and have a meal together at chili 🌶️ 
Last year we had to come up to see you when we heard you were sick and in the hospital , for us it was a good thing because we saw and talked to you. As me and Jack were leaving from the hospital we talked about the situation and knowing that this was going to be the very last time of seeing you.
Jeffrey , for the family that you were to us is hard to say goodbye but we have to let you go. You are going to be missed.
