The family requests the honor of your presence at the funeral mass to honor the life of Jorge Medina at 10 am Thursday, October 14, 2021 at St Agatha Catholic Church, 1111 SW 107 Ave, Miami, Florida 33174.
Following the mass, the committal service will occur at Our Lady Of Mercy Catholic Cemetery, 11411 NW 25 St, Doral, Florida 33172.
