Bringing a little gift to Auntie, and feeling grateful for our connection.

A selfie moment with Aunt Jo.  I am forever grateful for our special bond. Carving out time to share a meal or dessert and learn about my family roots from an elder, meant the world to me.

Aunt Jo's sense of style was inspiring.  She set a great example for how to present oneself to the world!

Aunt Josie was my Mom Agnes Reddick's Aunt and my Grand Aunt.
I met her in New Jersey at Aunt Elsie's and Uncle Bill's house each summer.
From 2017-2024, we would write letters to each other.
Also during this time, we would chat on the phone on her Birthdays;  topics ranging from family, health, and the weather.
She had a sunny outlook on life and had a very strong  faith.
I will always love her and miss her very much.

I would  like to sincerely send my deepest of condolences to you all and wish you peace in providibg a final resting place and that you treasure and value all your fond memories with her all these years. Xx

I first met my Aunt Josephine when I was 11 years old. I always had a special place in my heart for her. She was my Father's youngest sister and 2 years older than him. They looked very alike almost like twins, Aunt being the prettier. I saw her several months ago when I was in Florida on vacation and although she wasn't responsive i was pleased to see her as I didn't think I would see her again. She is now at peace with loved ones who were waiting. Sleep tight, i will greatly miss you xx
