

Mitchell, who was affectionately known to his friends as “Mitch” was born in Youngstown, Ohio on September 18th, 1940, a son of the late Joseph and Marie Jasinski Suchora, and was a Palmetto Bay resident for 49 years.
Mr. Suchora was a graduate of Wilson High School and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering at Youngstown State University and attended the University of Miami School of Engineering Management. He worked as an Engineer at the Youngstown Sheet and Tube and Davmor Industries. He was Section Head of Facility Engineering and Planning at Racal Datacom and finished his career as Operations Supervisor at Florida Power and Light. He was a Senior Member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and enjoyed golf, fishing and baseball at the University of Miami. Most of all he enjoyed family dinners with his wife and sons and granddaughters.
Mitch is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lynne E Cross Suchora, his children, David M. (Carmen) Suchora of Hollywood, Fl, Steven L.Suchora of Kansas City, Mo; two Granddaughters, Allison and Jessica Suchora; three brothers, Robert (deceased) (Donna) Suchora, of Youngstown, Donald (deceased) (Reenie) Suchora of New Jersey, and Joseph (deceased) (Madelyn) of Poland, Ohio and a sister Carol (Mario) Carano of Port St. Lucie, Fl.
A visitation for Mitchell will be held Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn South, 11655 SW 117TH AVE, MIAMI, FL 33186, followed by a graveside service from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
