He was born in Kerman, Iran on July 16th 1954 to Kobra Afshar Khanlarkhani and Majid Omidvar. He left Iran at the age of 21 to pursue his studies in England which is where he met his wife, Valerie.
Roozbeh later moved to America where he began his whirlwind journey in the hospitality industry, taking his growing family through the states of Florida, California, Oklahoma, Texas, New Jersey, and Illinois.
He was a force to be reckoned with. He had a very strong will and he was a fighter. He was charming and kind with a great sense of humour.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, children and grandchildren as well as friends and family.
