We were kids back then, and we knew how to play.  Vinny added talent, excitement, and humor to everything we did.  This was the quintessential lineup of Private Stock, our band during the San Vito, Italy tour.  Almost 40 years later, he was our strongest link to the past and some very good times.  Miss you, man...

Vinny and I were friends and band mates at San Vito Air Station 1980-83.  He was a terrific guitarist of course, but what he added beyond that was immeasurable.  He had an appetite for fun and laughter that left mine and so many others' time there with loving and occasionally hilarious memories that will last beyond his years.  Good run, buddy.  March on smartly. 

Vinny and I were stationed at San Vito Air Station, Italy.  The news of his passing caught me totally by surprise.  Those were great times.  Our prayers, thoughts and love are with Vinny's family.  We once shared that we were going to be on stage with a guitar in our hands until the day we, "went electric",

Vinny, my friend who made me laugh on a daily basis, kept me updated on everything.  You were my 1st friend on fb and never a day went by that I didnt hear from you but in my ❤ when I didn't hear from you I absolutely knew something was wrong, I will miss you terribly,  until we meet in Heaven my ❤ will never stop hurting,  prayers to Julie and family. R.I.P MY FB FRIEND !

sincerest condolences-Vinny was one of a kind-we will really miss him

Me and Vinny played guitar, sang and performed together when we 
 were stationed at Ft Myer, VA together in the 70s. We spent many hours playing  together, for years, and together we created some of the fondest memories of my life. Vinny and I pushed each other and made each other better. We managed to stay in touch with each other all these years. Gonna miss talking with him, but I will always have all of the memories. I am sorry for the loss, to all of his family and friends.

Vinny was a gifted musician, an American serviceman,  a patriot, and a dear friend, he welded a great sense of humor , a love for his country and his fellow man....
