Willis Hilton Bevis, Jr, AKA Bill, Bud, Billis, Dad, Pop, Poppa Daddy, Papa, and Buddy, was an exceptional man, with an extraordinary passion for life. Bill was a nature lover, an avid reader of history, geography, classic Americans novels, and poetry. He enjoyed music and was a good dancer.
Bill was and accomplished athlete, a swimming champion in High School, and college. He was a successful business owner for many years. But above all, Bill was a family man, a loving husband, devoted son, caring father, proud grandfather, and great grandfather. He was also a loyal friend.
Bill was an intelligent man, however, very humble and kind, wih a great sense of humor and positive outlook. He will be missed and cherished by all of those that loved him.
Rest in Peace beloved Bill, until we meet again
