

Clara Rose Redrick, age 93 of Miamisburg passed away, Friday, January 6, 2012 at Sycamore Hospital. She was born December 18, 1918 in Reading, OH to the late Joseph and Clara Anna (Armbruster) Schmidt. In addition to her parents, Clara Rose was preceded in death by her husband Frank Redrick (Oct. 14, 1984); her granddaughter, Jennifer Indalecio; grandson, Clayton Helriggle; brothers, Andrew, Herman and Paul Schmidt and sisters, Lauretta Cox, Thelma Lehman and Ruth “Bootsie” Schmidt. She is survived by her children, Mark (Lou) Redrick, of Calabash, NC, Ronald (Vickie) Redrick of Dublin, Marcia (John) Indalecio of Dayton, Claudia (Gayla Grant) Crews of Columbus, Deborah (Fred) Cubberly of Miamisburg, and Sharon (Mike) Helriggle of West Alexandria, OH; siblings, Clifford Schmidt and Mary (Herbert) Greggerson both of Miamisburg; sister-in-law, Mae Redrick of Miamisburg; 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 2 more expected this year as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Clara Rose was a 1937 graduate of Miamisburg High School spending most of her adulthood as a dedicated wife and mother. Clara Rose also was strongly committed to her faith serving on the Bereavement Committee and Altar Rosary Society at Our Lady of Good Hope, Miamisburg. She volunteered for many years at Sycamore Hospital and loved to play Yahtzee. Her laughter and love will be remembered by all. Family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00 PM Monday, January 9, 2012 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Mass of Christian Burial will begin 10:30 AM Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Our Lady of Good Hope Church, Miamisburg. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Good Hope Cemetery, Miamisburg.
