age 88 of Hamilton, OH passed away on Monday, August 13, 2012. He was born November 15, 1923 in Annville, KY to the late George and Elizabeth Smith. He is survived by his children, Jim Smith, Vickie Troxell, Tricia Wildey, Joe Smith, Debbie LeVasseur; and sisters, Pauline Green, Dottie Webb, Rebecca Bruck, Jo Ann Lakes. Elmer served in the U.S. Army Air Corps from 1943-1945 as a nose gunner. At Elmer’s request there will be no services held.
