age 48, a lifelong resident of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away on, Saturday, September 15, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie Joe Garrett, Sr. and Catherine (Hill) Garrett and a special uncle, Allen Hill. He is survived by his beloved sons, Brandon Bell and Zac Garrett; wife, Shawnette Bell-Garrett; sisters, Ruth (Gordon) Caudill, Kathy Gibson, Margaret Garrett; brother, Russell Garrett; nieces, Whitney, Kasey, and Ally Caudill, Dana Garrett, Brittney Garrett; nephews, Joseph Gibson, Joshua Garrett, Garet Dahm, Noah Rose and numerous aunts, uncles and friends. Jimmie worked for General Motors for 19 years. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 27, 6:00 pm at the Lighthouse Baptist Church, 2040 W. 2nd St. Xenia, Ohio 45385. Jimmie will be laid to rest on Friday, September 28 at 11:00am at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, 508 East Linden Ave., Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 to help defer funeral expenses.
