

Juanita Cook-Weber, age 91, of Carlisle, formerly of Miamisburg, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. She was born in Lebanon, Ohio on September 28, 1934, to the late Cecil E. and Fannie L. (Moore) Wilson.
Juanita was married to the love of her life, Robert “Red” Cook, for 30 years until the day of his death, and is presently married to James H. Weber. Juanita was a graduate of Sinclair Community College. She retired from Kettering Medical Center Environmental Services. She was a lifetime member of the Rosie Reds, the Women of the Moose and The Academy of Women of the Miamisburg Moose Lodge #1645. She was Madam President of the Women’s Auxiliary for Miamisburg Eagles Post #2306 and a member of the Miamisburg Legion Post #165. She was a devoted PTA member for Miamisburg City Schools.
Juanita had a great love of baseball, particularly the Cincinnati Reds. She enjoyed watching football, horse races, and the Kentucky Derby. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo, along with enjoying her favorite Ele Cake, Marion’s Pizza and beer, and Wednesday night chicken. But the biggest love and first thought of her day was her family. Family was everything to her!
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Red” Cook; son, Mike Cook; daughter-in-law, Debbie Cook; grandson, Chris Cook; along with her very best friend, Harriett Goff.
Juanita is survived by her children, Bob Cook (Sandy) and Carmell Hobbs (Butch); grandchildren, Sean Cook, Shane Cook-Harris, Kelsie Lane (Johnny Fowler), Wilson Lane (Amanda), and Taylor Capriotti (Kevin); granddaughter-in-law, Margie Cook; great-grandchildren, Christian Cook, Patrick Cook, Declan Cook, Kathleen Cook, Kylie Harris, Austin Harris, Kody Lane (Chelsea), Kendra Chesnut (Nate), KelsAnne Lane, Morgan Lane, Shelby Lane; great-great-grandchild, Kessler Allen Lane; along with other numerous friends and extended family members.
Visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2026, from 12:30 until the time of funeral services at 1:30 PM at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg, Ohio. Final resting place in Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg, Ohio. Condolences may be shared at www.gebhartschmidtparramore.com
