BUSH, Luz S. Age 68, of West Carrollton, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025, at The OSUCCC – James. Luz was born June 19, 1957, in San Roque, Northern Samar, Philippines to the late Elpedio and Enriqueta (Cahusai) Surio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” Bush. Luz is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends. Visitation will be held from 11 AM until the time of funeral services at 12 PM Friday, January 9, 2026, at the GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE FUNERAL HOME, 508 E.
