Age 23, died Friday October 21, 2011. Nick was employed as a master technician at Quick Stop. He is survived by his wife, Heather Sedlak; son, Jack; daughter, Rylie; mother, Debra Sedlak; father, John Sedlak; sisters, Alexandra Sedlak and Desiree Strauss; paternal grandfather, Frank Sedlak; maternal grandparents, Richard and Shirley Todd; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 26 from 4-8:00pm at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6696 Springboro Rd. Dayton, OH 45449 on Thursday, October 27 beginning at 10:00 am.
