Stella Sizemore

Age 100 of Miamisburg passed away on Monday, October 27, 2014 under the care of Astoria Health & Rehab. She was born on September 9, 1914 in Pike County, KY to the late, Morgan and Cosby (Mullins) Greer. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Porter Sizemore; 7 sisters and 3 brothers. Stella is survived by 12 children, Harold (Alma) Sizemore of Huber Heights, Wilma Bradem of Maysville, KY, Billy (Opal) Sizemore of Miamisburg, Winston C. Sizemore of Germantown, Kenneth (Sheree) Sizemore of West Carrollton, Douglas (Maria) Sizemore of Brighton, CO, Charles (Alice) Sizemore of Miamisburg, Glenn (Mary) Sizemore of Franklin, Roger (Terri) Sizemore of Hyde Park, UT, Winifred Swab of Germantown, Peggy Sue (Ron) Elrod of Germantown, and Tonya Sizemore of Miamisburg; 29 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren; brother Doyle Greer and many other extended family and friends. Stella enjoyed playing the accordion, loved to cook and was passionate about her UK and NC basketball. Friends and family may visit from 12pm-2pm on Friday, October 31 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, 508 East Linden Ave, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. The funeral service will begin at 2pm, also at the funeral home, with Pastor Stephen Spurgin officiating. Interment following at Hillgrove Cemetery.
