BARBARA ELISABETH ROSSI (Hadzic), age 78, peacefully passed away July 22, 2025. Beloved wife of Fred J; loving mother of Christopher, Daniel (Naomi), Phillip, and Andrew (Carla); adoring "Omi" of Garrett, Kendall, Cierra, Cheynne, Kahoku, Stevie, and Nikolai; sister of Edward Hadzic (Barbara), Irene Henderson (John), and Ralph Hadzic; sister-in-law of Armand Rossi (Sandra); "Aunty Barbara" to Denise DiCaprio, Jennifer Rossi (Matt Kall), Renee Rossi, Lindsay Rossi and many nieces and nephews in Australia.
Barbara loved to travel to visit her family and often took bus trips with her girlfriends to casinos. She was an avid bowler and a beautiful and glamorous person, inside and out. Her life was centered around the love of her family and she was happiest spending her time surrounded by them.
Her family invites you to gather on Friday, August 1 at 9am in the vestibule at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 6800 State Rd., followed by mass of Christian burial at 10am. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family greatly appreciates donations to the American Cancer Society (https://www.cancer.org/).
