Elaine Marie King

ELAINE M. KING (nee Zychowski), age 86. Beloved wife of Norman for 60 years; devoted mother of Michael (Lori Pappas), Karen Andrews (Bob-deceased), and David (Shelley); cherished grandmother of Michaela, Mackenzie, Evan, Kyle, Sidney, Anna (Brandon Kiser), and Ryan; dear sister of the late Lenny Zychowski; caring aunt of Danny (Lisa), Danette (deceased)(Steve), and Tommy (deceased). She was a loving cousin and friend of many.

Elaine grew up in a close-knit neighborhood and graduated from Rhodes High School. Elaine’s Catholic faith was the heart of her life. She was a devoted parishioner who lived her faith through love, kindness, and service to others. A homemaker in every sense, she found joy in caring for her family, cooking delicious meals, boating with loved ones, and sharing laughter and card games with friends. She traveled the world as a stewardess before she was married and started her family. Elaine will be remembered for her warmth, humor, and the way she made everyone feel welcome.
