Elaine was a unique soul.. She was a feisty, strong willed, independent woman who served our Lord for nearly 90 years. She always prayed her rosary and the Blessed Virgin was always of great importance to her in her faith.
She was deeply devoted to her family, loved her Cleveland Indians and driving her car. Since her husband, Bill, died in 1992, she lived independently and always took pride in being able to do things on her own. She would never let her age get in her way.
She loved to sew, tell stories of her past, spend time with family, chat on the phone, watch the Indians games, and never could figure out how to use the TV remote. She was the best, and we’ll all miss her so very much. In her own words, we send her this message of love...
“I love you… always have, always will.”
We would like to thank each and every one of you for your kind expressions of sympathy. We deeply and sincerely thank you for your love, prayers and support.
Love, The Zimmerman Family
