Douglas Wayne Peyton, 62, of Middletown, passed away on November 26, 2021 at his residence. He was born February 27, 1959, the son of Phil Peyton Jr. and Barbara (Osborne) Peyton.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Adrian and Edna Osborne.
Doug is survived by his mother, Barbara Mullendore; sons, Brian Peyton and Adam Johnson; sisters, Brenda (Roger) Havens and Donna Ball.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Woodside Cemetery with Pastor Larry Hayes officiating.
