Joyce she enjoyed spending time in the woods, gardening, wading in creeks and loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, George "Shad" Hilt and Bartley Hilt.
Joyce is survived by her granddaughter, Autumn Weaver; brother, Dewayne Walters; great grandson, Riley Weaver and longtime best friend, Sable Allen.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
