Michael Anthony Baker Jr.

Michael Anthony Baker Jr., age 47, born on April 7, 1978, in Middletown, Ohio, was sent to his eternal heavenly home on May 27, 2025. He was the beloved son of Michael and Audrey Baker. “Mikey” as he was affectionately known, was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His Journey on this earth was one marked by love, compassion, and his faith in God. His passing has left a void in the hearts and souls of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him. We ask that you remember him not for the way his life ended, but for the way it was lived and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Mikey is survived by his loving parents, Michael Anthony Sr. and Audrey Baker.; sisters, Stephanie (Don) Murphy and Ivy (Brent) McDaniel; children, Taylor and Aubree Baker and step-children Nikki, Deja and Isaiah; grandchildren, Caiden Jeremiah, Kyla Leeane, and Isaiah Michael. He also leaves behind Aunts and Uncles who adored him dearly, a host of cousins who shared his joyful spirit, and nieces, nephews and friends who loved him wholly. He was preceded in death by his cousin, Dallas Boggs and loving Aunt, Donna Boggs, along with his daughter Seanna Baker.

During his life, Mikey found joy in music, family and friends. Those who knew Mike will remember him for his infectious smile and overwhelming laughter, his faith in Jesus, and his unwavering commitment to spreading love and a gift for making others smile, laugh, and leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed his path.

Although Mike’s physical presence may no longer grace our lives, his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. May his memory be a blessing and may we carry forth his legacy of love and compassion in all that we do. As you continue to dance in heaven Mikey, may your light forever shine brightly in our hearts.

Graveside Services will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, June 6, 2025 at Fairview Cemetery, 5785 Brubaker Rd, Gratis, OH 45320 with Rev. Dr. Claude Lee Robold.
