Rhonda Kay Johnson, age 64 of Middletown, passed away Saturday evening, April 26 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born October 6, 1960, in Middletown, the daughter of Ben Johnson and Phyllis (Combs) Johnson.
Rhonda graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University and worked as a Registered Nurse, retiring in 2022 after 39 years of service. She was an ordained minister and very active at Stratford Heights Church of God.
Rhonda is survived by her husband of 43 years, Devon Royce Johnson; a daughter, Jennifer (husband, Richard) Davis; son, Kyle (wife, Kaila) Johnson; six grandchildren, Gabrielle, Olivia, Juliet, Hunter, Greyson, and Evelyn; brother, Greg (wife, Sonya) Johnson; and her parents, Ben and Phyllis Johnson.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Stratford Heights Church of God with funeral services Friday, May 2, 2025 at 11:00 am with Pastor Ray Phillips officiating. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Stratford Heights Memorial Garden.
